Jermaine Baker Inquiry – begins evidence

The Chairman of the Jermaine Baker Inquiry, HH Clement Goldstone QC, will today commence evidence hearings which will last until August 2021. 

Aaron Moss is instructed as junior counsel to the Inquiry and Claire Palmer is instructed by the Home Office.

The Inquiry concerns the death of Jermaine Baker. Mr Baker was shot by a police officer, W80, in December 2015 near to Wood Green Crown Court.
