The jury trial - Boxill v (1) Commissioner of Police for Metropolis (2) Serco Ltd - at Central London County Court before HHJ Saggerson, related to two arrests of the claimant, carried out by police officers acting on information about a breach of bail provided by Serco (who operated electronic monitoring equipment at the time).

The second Pre-Inquest Review Hearing in the Inquests arising from the deaths in the London Bridge and Borough Market terror attack of 3 June 2017 were heard today at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey). The Chief Coroner, His Honour Judge Mark Lucraft QC, is hearing the Inquests and this was the first hearing in front of him.
