The Chief Coroner has published his Regulation 28 Report on Action to Prevent Future Deaths, in the Inquests arising from the deaths in the Westminster Terror Attack of 22 March 2017.

The Coroner today delivered his conclusions in the high profile inquest into the death of Alexander Perepilichnyy. Mr Perepilichnyy, a Russian national collapsed and died whilst out jogging near his Surrey home in November 2012.

Phase 1 of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry came to a close last week, after hearing months of evidence about the tragic events of the fire on the 14th June 2017. The Inquiry will issue a report in due course on its Phase 1 findings, and any appropriate recommendations relating to fire safety.
