Pre-Inquest in the Tunisia Shootings at Sousse to be heard today

The first Pre-Inquest Review in the Inquests into the deaths of 30 British nationals who were killed in Sousse, Tunisia on 26th June 2015 was held today (17th November 2015) at the Royal Courts of Justice.  A total of 38 people were killed whilst holidaying in Tunisia; a similar number were injured.

The Tunisia Inquests are to be heard by His Honour Judge Loraine-Smith.  HHJ Loraine-Smith has appointed Samantha Leek QC and Jonathan Dixey as Counsel to the Inquests.
