Jonathan has broad experience in a range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE. He acts on behalf of both claimants and respondents in employment tribunals, county courts and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Before joining the Bar Jonathan advised at the Citizens’ Advice Bureau offering a particular focus on employment disputes.
Recent cases include:
C v. Ministry of Defence: ongoing case in which the Claimant alleges disability discrimination and victimisation.
P v. Home Office: ongoing case concerning allegations of race discrimination.
