Legal Aid granted for families of the Hyde Park victims

The Legal Aid Authority climbs down and allows the victims of the Hyde Park bombing to bring a claim under the Fatal Accidents Act against the alleged bomber. Five applications and a Judicial Review later the authority have provided funding to allow the claim to proceed. Issues of limitation and liability remain in issue. Anne Studd QC acts for the Claimant
