Jason Beer QC represents preparatory school at widely reported Inquest

8 March 2018

The young driver, who worked in the kitchen, went to park the school’s car and, whilst in the process of parking, reversed backwards and pinned Mrs Sun against another car.  A jury at Reading Coroner’s Court recorded a conclusion of accidental death. The Coroner elected not to make a Prevention of Future Deaths Report, noting the responsible approach that the school had taken since the accident.

Jason was instructed by Lee Foulser and Kate Blacklidge of DWF to represent the school.
