Inquest into the death of Alexander Perepilichnyy – Fiona Barton QC and Robert Cohen instructed on behalf of Surrey Police

Fiona Barton QC and Robert Cohen are instructed on behalf of the Chief Constable of Surrey Police in the inquest into the death of Alexander Perepilichnyy. The inquest is expected to last for up to 4 weeks and is being heard at the Old Bailey by the Recorder of London, His Honour Judge Hilliard QC, sitting as a coroner.

The inquest has previously raised complex questions in relation to public interest immunity, which were referred to the High Court.
