First Pre-Inquest Review in the New Hillsborough Inquests

Following the High Court’s decision in December 2012 to quash the verdicts in the original inquests, Lord Justice Goldring has been appointed as Assistant Deputy Coroner for South Yorkshire (East) and West Yorkshire (West) to conduct the new inquests into the deaths of the 96 people who died as a result of the Hillsborough disaster on 15 April 1989.  On 25 April 2013 the first pre-inquest review took place in London.
